20dpo aka 4w6d

Yesterday's Beta was 891. That's a 1.92 doubling time. Only issues is my P4, it went back down to 12. I am taking 500mgs of progesterone now.

I am so trying to forget that I am. It's hard when your boobs hurt like hell and every smell in the world is horrible. OMG!!! I am trying not to puke.

I am not sure if you come back after you comment and read the comments, but I wanted to thank all you ladies for showing your support. I don't get a chance to read my subscribed to blogs as much as I used to, but I want you to know that I am thinking of you too.

U/S on Tuesday. I took the day off.

Do they have any idea why the P4 went down? Hope the extra dose fixes it. I hate taking progesterone so I'm super sorry that you have to take so much! That beta number is FANTASTIC though!!!

Keeping everything crossed for you. I'm so super duper excited for you guys!!

So hoping the u/s goes well- the betas look great so far, and the progesterone issue is daunting but hopefully the upped dose will do it. Deep breathes (through your mouth so you won't gag on the smell, LOL) and hopefully Tuesday will be here before you know it!

Oh please, I am just begging for you...I hope all goes well. Frustration. I want to see a picture in 9 months (or so) of a newborn that is YOURS!

That's great news minus the progesterone. I hope they figure out how to keep it up!
*hugs*

All very encouraging.

Just a couple words of encouragement. I was put on 800mg of progesterone two times a day b/c my p4 continued to be deemed "too low". I have a little guy who will be one on Saturday to thank for that prometrium, so I will be preaying for you that this increase dose does the trick.

P4 levels DO NOT MEAN MUCH OF ANYTHING. Mine fluctuated like mad, several times dipping below the RE's recommended level, and the nurse finally admitted that I could have plenty of "other kinds of progesterone that P4 doesn't measure" and it was not anything to worry about. I am currently 21 wks pregnant with a healthy baby.

Note that some RE's don't even measure P4 following a positive beta AT ALL.

CHIN UP IT WILL BE FINE!
